No, it doesn't get any easier. You just get better.
Wednesday's WOD: Technique & progression. Working on clean, C&J, overhead squat, snatch, etc. PR's all over the place. Becca got into the triple digits on her cleans and Alex posted an overhead squat of 235 at a BW of 173 lbs. From the floor, not a rack.

Tuesday's [B WOD] 10 rounds of 3 x 135 squat snatch, 10 double unders. Alex with 8:52 and Nikala with 10:45 at 55#.

Monday's [A WOD]: 5 sets bodyweight benchpress. max reps. 2-3 minutes between sets. [B WOD]: 2 person team workout. 400m run, wallballs, pullups, overhead press 135#, turkish getups 16 kg. 1 person runs 400m while 2nd does max reps of wallballs, switch when 1st person finishes the run. Cycle through the pullups and the rest of the stations in the same fashion, keep total rep count. Total reps = number of seconds subtracted from score. Michael Sauers & Eric Hardman with 12:22 at 188 reps = 9:14 adjusted time.

Friday's WOD: Ran part of the SEAL Physical Screening Test today, just for kicks. A] 2 minutes max pushups, chest to floor. 2 minute rest. B] 2 minute max situps. 2 minute rest. C] Max deadhang pullups. Top scores: A] Ryan Williams with 93. B] Michael Sauers with 103. C] Ryan with 20.

Thursday's [B WOD]: 2 person team, split the work however you want. 4 x 400m runs, 100 wallballs, 100 burpees, 100 jumping lunges (100 each leg), 4 x 400m runs. Top team for the day Ryan Williams & Tyler Beggs with 21:26 and Becca Lynn & Heather with 26:45.
[A WOD]: Find max clean. Mondo with 225.
